95 degrees out, and this guy parks his laundry cart full of empty cans and bottles to smash the glass out of a metal window frame. What is he going to do with the metal? The shattered glass? Is he acting on a business plan or just helping keep our neighborhood clean? I don't know, but I'm going back to my A/C...
