Farmville,Farmtown,Fishville Invitations from Facebok
I'm not really an addict or a player to any games in Facebok but I'm certainly a FreeCell card game player. But what I really don't like are invitations to various games as mentioned from the title. I'm fine with that requests, invitations and other page suggestions but I'm still looking for an option to simply select all of those and click Ignore All.
Hi Mark Zuckerberg, can we have that option? There are times that I got flood from my Facebok with those invitations and requests. If only I could just press Control + A then Delete button from my keyboard, you know I would.
Anyway, I guess I just run out of topic to blog today that's why I bother myself to post this. And oh I almost forgot, there's also Mafia Wars invitations :) woot

Penpal : Looking for penpal?
What is Pen pal ? A person with whom one becomes acquainted through a friendly, regular correspondence. Source: Answer.comIn a technology today, getting acquainted to a person can be in many medium. It could be cellular phone, email, chat, or popular social networking sites like Facbook.
I remember way back in high school, people also get acquainted by two-way radios. Another form of media for socializing which didn't last that long in my opinion. But for some of us during those days write letters to other schools to meet new friends. Philippine Post Office conducted seminar to encourage us to write letters and have friends from other schools. Unfortunately, I think none of us tried to.
What's the difference of penpal or online friends today? Ideally, none. But in speed of correspondence or let say connection, the difference could be a million miles really. It's beyond compare to what we have before. Mail from a post office is usually called as "Snail Mail", now who would like to receive a mail that will be received for a month or two. Who would want to full their garbage bin in a whole night just writing a letter?
Writing in a sheet of paper a way cheaper than typing in a computer using your keyboard.

Facbook Login/Join
In my post Friendster will be closing soon, I mentioned that Facbook is becoming more popular each today.
Globally in Alexa top 500 sites, Facbook is still number two while number one in Philippines. Top sites in Philippines haven't change a lot but noticeably Friendster dropped down from number three to six.
Why join Facbook? What I really like most is connecting with family, friends, relatives, ex-classmates, neighbor is so easy, with the help of Suggestions corner. There's also a Family Link application wherein you can tag your friend as your relative, say cousin. If your cousin will add new relative, you will also be notified and check if you're related to that person added by your cousin.
Actually, there are a lot more of stuff you'll enjoy with Facbook. If you want to join you can visit the site www.facebook.com.

Friendster will be closing soon
With Facebook becoming more and more popular each day. I think Friendster is having difficulty of competing with Facebook in the past couple of days.Recently, my wife Ariane already joined to Facebook and enjoying the games in their. I joined Facebook before just to have my Facebook address but not really into networking stuff. What really hook people with Facebook? Number one for me is games or technically called as apps. With a whole lot of games and other apps for leisure you really have to get into it. I won't be discussing more of Facebook's features here (maybe in the next posting).
As of this posting, Facebook is on second place of top 500 sites based on Alexa (). See listings below. Youtube is even at the fourth place. (I think people are just embedding videos to their Facebook )

I'm not against with those stuff in fact I'm happy people are enjoying what they're doing maybe sooner or later i'll be back playing with my Farm town again hehe.. Anyway, let's enjoy what Facebook offers but not overdo it.
