According to the Daily Mail, Sandra Bullock had purchased a new home for 23 million dollars. It is a 7 bedroom, 8 bath home that was once owned by the founder of the Hard Rock Cafe, Peter Morter.  He had sold it last year for 15.5 million. It was reported that Sandra will be doing some renovations to the 4 acre mini estate.
