Amy Winehouse Joined "27 Club:" R and B Singer and Songwriter Died in North London at 3:54 PM Saturday July 23, 2011

Amy Winehouse was born on September 14, 1983 in Camden, London,  She was a R & B singer-songwriter.  Frank was her debut album was in 2003.  In 2006 she had received 6 Grammy nominations and won 5 for her second album. Her death cause is still unknown, but she had battled problems with drug and alcohol addiction. She had been in rehab earlier this year and was scheduled to be on tour, but canceled her dates. She was found in her flat in North London at 3:54 P.M. according the the Daily Mail. She joins the 27 club of singers who all died at the same age. They include; Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Kurt Cobain,  and Jim Morrison to name a few.  It is so sad, she was a very talented singer and songwriter.
