Obama's 24.5 Million Dollar Vacation House on Martha's Vinyard: "Blue Heron Farm" is 28.5 acres

Blue Heron Farm is in the town of  Chilmark on Martha's Vinyard.  President Obama had paid 50,000 dollars for renting  one week in August at the residence. He had spent the last three years of his vacation there. The property is currently on the market for 24.5 million dollars. It faces the ocean and has a private beach, 2 houses, a gym and equestrian center.
