Wanda Sykes went on the Ellen show to talk about her discovery  of  getting breast cancer in February.  She had revealed that she had a double mastectomy after going to the doctor to get a breast reduction.  It was not until she had the breast reduction surgery done that the cancer was discovered.  Sykes stated, 'I had really big boobs and they got in the way all of the time and I was knocking over stuff.  I also had back problems.'  The double mastectomy will prevent the cancer from returning.  We are so happy to hear that she is cancer free now.  Sykes will be on Ellen on Monday, September 26 to share her story.  Check your local listings.

There is a new social music sharing web site on the block that is for those interested in music.  It has a similar platform to that of Pandora.  At the moment there is a lot of interest from people who are in the music and entertainment business in investing in it.  There were reports that Jimmy Fallon, the Roots, Tray Carter (Lady Gaga's Manager), and Madonna's manager, Guy OSeary have all invested in it. Fred Wilson from Union Square Ventures is also on the board of it.  Seth Goldstein is the founder and chairman of the site.
